Premier King-Size Rooms
Along the first floor verandah looking out onto the courtyard and Windmill we have three generous king size en-suite bedrooms. Two of these boast beautiful four poster beds. We also have a superking-size / Twin room room. All are uniquely designed and complimented with beautiful beds and furnishings. Each room has a seating area, flat screen TV, DVD player, hospitality tray, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Breakfast is included so you can look forward to enjoying a nutritious and delicious home cooked breakfast in the windmill dining room on each morning of your stay. Have a look at our sample menu to see what's on offer.
Self Catering
The Balcony Suite
The Balcony Suite is accessed via an external staircase. It takes just 38 steps to reach the top and you are rewarded with amazing 360° views of Scarborough and the sea. You will have exclusive use of the balcony walkway during your stay so you may want to enjoy the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee or watch the sunset with a refreshing glass of wine. We provide some deck chairs so you can sit out and absorb the beauty surrounding you whatever the time of day.
Upon entering the apartment you will find your bedroom and bathroom and then a further set of internal stairs will take you up to your lounge/kitchen/dining area where you can enjoy your stay in comfort. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, induction 4 ring hob and full size electric oven even a dishwasher is installed for your convenience. A 42" TV with built in DVD player compliment this room.
For health and safety reasons, children and babies are not permitted in the balcony suite at any time.
Madeline Suite
This is a suite with a difference! Based within The Windmill itself, this large apartment is accessed by 15 steps from the courtyard and is situated on the first and second floor. Beautifully decorated with modern fixtures and fittings you would not think you were staying in a building which is over 230 years old. The first floor has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, 4 ring electric hob and full size electric oven there is even a dishwasher for your convenience. A 40" curved TV and DVD player also compliment the room.
Upstairs you will find a beautiful spacious bedroom with sleigh bed and a superb bathroom with large walk in shower.

Cornflower Cottage One
This is a 3 bedroom cottage set within the courtyard of the Windmill. It is a ground floor cottage with open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. This accommodation caters for up to 4 adults and one child under 12 years.
Bedroom one has a beautiful four poster bed with adjoining single bedroom for one child under 12 years of age. These bedrooms share a bathroom. There is TV/DVD player in the four-poster bedroom.
Bedroom three has 2 single beds with en-suite shower bathroom, wardrobe and TV.
The kitchen area is modern and well equipped with 4 ring induction hob, full size oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The dining room/lounge area has a large TV and DVD player.
Cornflower Cottage Two
This is a 2 bedroom cottage set within the courtyard of the windmill. It is a ground floor cottage with an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area and accommodates up to 4 people.
Bedroom one has a spectacular king-size mirror bed. This room is complimented by an en-suite shower bathroom and walk in wardrobe and TV.
Bedroom two has a beautiful French bed and also benefits from its own en-suite shower bathroom, wardrobe, dressing table and TV.
The lounge/kitchen/dining room is well equipped with 4 ring induction hob, full size electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a large TV and DVD player.
