Room Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Any cancellation earlier than four weeks from the date of your stay - £20.00 admin charge only.

2. Any cancellation between 2-4 weeks from the date of your stay, a charge of £20.00 per adult per night will be made.

3. Any cancellation between 2 weeks and the date of your stay a full charge will be made.

4. If we can re-let the room which we can usually do with reasonable notice and we have forwarded written confirmation of your booking, then a £20.00 only admin charge will be made.

Windmill Suites Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Any cancellation earlier than four weeks from the date of your stay - £20.00 admin charge only.

2. Any cancellation between 4-8 weeks from the date of your stay, a charge of 50% of the holiday cost will be made.

3. Any cancellation between 2-4 weeks and the date of your stay a charge of 75% will be made.

4. Any cancellation between the date of your arrival and 2 weeks, a full charge will be made.

5. If we can re-let the flat, which we can usually do with reasonable notice and we have forwarded written confirmation of your booking, then only a 20% admin charge will be made.
